American National Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2009
Congratulations to Mike Colon for winning the gold medal and becoming the 2009 Medium Heavy Weight American National Jiu-Jitsu Champion. He won one of his fights by points, but the other three were won by submission. Thanks to his crazy, freakish, long spider legs, he was able to win by triangle choke and dominate his opponents. Good job Mike, next up is to win gold at the World Championships. Bring on the Gracie's!!!!

The La Mirada Nightmare
Isabelle and the Nightmare had a practice game today, but they looked like they were ready for the season. They dominated the entire game on both ends of the field. The only other teams that I've ever seen dominate like that are Isabelle's favorite team's, the Lakers and the Dodgers.
